• Provide technical leadership in conducting power system studies and analyses
• Manage tasks and resources related to power system analysis and report creation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflow and deliver high-quality project outputs
• Coach and mentor less-experienced staff to foster their professional growth
• Communicate findings and results to client representatives effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power system analysis and project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficient in software tools including ETAP, SKM Power Tools, PSCAD, and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• 15+ years of experience in consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial settings
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects, substation design, and SCADA programming
• Experience with NERC standards and requirements
• Knowledge of additional software tools like MathCAD or GE Enervista
• Ability to perform lightning or switching overvoltage studies using PSCAD
