Job Overview:

Candidates must be willing and able to commute regularly to customer sites and team meetings in the Seattle area, preferably located within approximately 50 miles or able to reliably travel to the area as needed.
- Own Windows silicon and platform architecture alignment, influencing long‑range platform and SoC roadmap decisions through strategic engagement with Microsoft.
- Drive ecosystem enablement for next‑generation Windows PCs, including early architecture work across component vendors, industrial design, and subsystem standards.
- Partner with Silicon Architecture teams to translate Microsoft architectural requirements into actionable silicon, platform, and system‑level priorities.
- Collaborate with Client Engineering teams to select and drive appropriate co‑engineering and launch support motions that accelerate time to market.
- Serve as the primary architecture bridge between Microsoft and internal engineering teams, surfacing misalignments early and driving resolution.
- Coordinate forward‑looking architecture and ecosystem work streams to co‑define future Windows platform categories.
- Build bridges between Microsoft and Intel to grow our PC business through executing strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4+ years of technology industry experience.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex topics into executive‑ready messages.
- Strong influence without authority, driving alignment across cross‑functional teams.
- Skills to operate at the intersection of engineering and strategy.
- Comfort engaging with technical stakeholders while maintaining a systems‑level perspective.
- Proven capability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Strategic thinking with end‑to‑end perspective.
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer‑facing or sales experience; technical design and customer support experience.

Experience in silicon architecture planning. - Preferred:
Working with or within Microsoft Windows & Devices, or Microsoft Surface teams.
- Annual Salary Range: $ – $ USD (pay determined by location and additional factors).
