Network Automation Engineer​/Senior Consultant

Position: Network Automation Engineer / Senior Consultant
Our client is seeking a Network Automation Engineer / Senior Consultant to design and implement automated network solutions and drive infrastructure efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional projects. This is a fully remote position.

Network Automation Engineer / Senior Consultant's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and maintain Python-based tools and scripts for network automation and application development
• Implement and manage configuration management workflows using Ansible
• Build and maintain web applications and backend services using Django
• Automate network provisioning, monitoring, and operational tasks to reduce manual effort
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Support IP address management (IPAM) processes and tooling as needed

Network Automation Engineer / Senior Consultant's Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Python development skills, with a focus on network automation and application development
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management
• Experience building applications with Django
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and IP address management
• Experience with IPAM tools is a plus
