• Perform routine survey tasks as part of a survey team, using both traditional and modern surveying instruments.
• Interpret legal descriptions and perform survey calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed maps and documentation for various land-related proceedings such as rights-of-way, land purchases, and government permits.
• Assist in processing and correcting land and rights-of-way matters, including preparing legal descriptions and acquiring necessary easements and permits.
• Contribute to tasks similar to a Senior Land Technician, gaining experience for potential promotion opportunities.

• Two years of training in Civil Engineering or Survey Technology, or equivalent experience in land surveying and title work.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform field survey work.

• Land Surveyor In Training certificate (LSIT).
• Professional experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in land surveying or civil engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
