GEOxyz.euapply now### In search of a Project Manager Innovation We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking
** Project Manager Innovation
** to strengthen our Innovation Department in Zwevegem. You would take the lead in building and executing our remote operations roadmap. Your mission: reduce offshore presence by enabling people to perform their jobs from shore – through smart use of technology, automation, and new ways of working.

This is not just about unmanned vessels. It’s about rethinking how offshore work is done, identifying what can already be done remotely today, and driving the innovations needed to make more possible tomorrow.
** Your responsibilities:
*** Own and drive the remote operations roadmap from vision to execution
* Identify and define opportunities to shift offshore activities to onshore environments
* Analyze offshore roles and determine feasibility of remote execution
* Define technical requirements and development needs to enable remote work
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners across technology and operations
* Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets, and adjust where needed
* Translate innovation into practical, scalable operational solutions
* Report on progress, insights, and impact of innovation activities to program manager### What do we expect from you?
* Experience in project management within a technical environment
* Strong interest in innovation, automation, and remote operations
* Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Strong communicator and stakeholder manager
