This is a full‑time hybrid role located in Dayton, TN, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Junior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to optimize processes and ensure efficient operation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting process automation, conducting troubleshooting, working with motion and robotics control systems, and collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams on electrical and software systems.

• Skills in Process Control and Process Optimization
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Motion Control and Robotics integration
• Ability to interpret and create electrical and control system schematics
• Familiarity with PLC programming and automation technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
