Test Engineer Staff – Missiles and Fire Control
You will be a Test Engineer Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment.
Responsibilities- Develop test procedures
- Plan and prepare tests
- Execute test procedures
- Coordinate system resources to support testing
- Support test development, integration, anomaly resolution, and corrective action
- Debug and fix test software anomalies
- Troubleshoot test equipment and support the troubleshooting efforts of production hardware
- Support off‑hours testing and associated projects as needed
- Analyze and resolve test equipment failures
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology.
- 5+ years of professional Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience in a production facility.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Hands‑on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Proven experience troubleshooting analog, RF, and/or digital circuits, including identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Component and/or system‑level troubleshooting experience, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems at multiple levels of complexity.
- Ability to interpret test requirements, electrical test results, and technical data, including identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or willingness to obtain and maintain one.
- Contribute to development of new concepts and possess industry knowledge.
- Experience with automated systems and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with detailed failure analysis and root‑cause identification.
- Effective communication skills for presentations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Develop and implement root‑cause and corrective actions focusing on continuous improvement.
- Programming skills in C/C++ and related languages.
- Experience with National Instruments software platforms (Lab Windows CVI, Test Stand, Lab View).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
This position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
