Senior Engineer, Design Evaluation Engineering – responsible for developing product evaluation test solutions for high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits (IC).

• Design, develop, and debug cost‑effective evaluation test HW/SW solutions for wafer probe and package environments.
• Work with design engineers to define/develop evaluation test methodologies, test plans, and test modes.
• Create evaluation test schematics and collaborate with layout engineers to produce PCBs.
• Debug evaluation test programs to correlate solution results with design simulations and production test programs.
• Engage with local and offshore application teams to resolve product use‑case questions and post‑release issues.
• Assist customer returns and the Failure Analysis teams.
• Participate in New Product Development teams and evaluate new evaluation test systems for future applications.
• Manage, create, and maintain project schedules aligned with product introduction and release dates.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline (foreign education equivalent accepted).
• At least 12 months of experience as a Design Evaluation Engineer or related occupation automating tests with lab equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, temperature chambers).
• Programming in C#, C++, Visual Studio, or Python for test automation.
• Experience with PCB schematic capture and layout tools such as OrCAD or Cadence Allegro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) for statistical analysis of test data.
• Knowledge of signal processing techniques and analog/digital conversion for data‑sheet specification validation.
