Civil Engineer - Site Design - 0-2 years experience
- Primary Responsibilities:

* Assisting engineering teams with pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, preparation of site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans and utility plans.

* Assisting engineering teams with the supporting calculations and preparation of stormwater management plans and reports.

* Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

Requirements

Civil Engineer - Site Design - 0-2 years experience - Skills and Requirements:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university and some applicable work experience

* EIT certification is highly preferred

* Experience in design of site-related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, mixed-use or redevelopment projects is preferred.

* Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills.

* Have excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and be a team player.

* Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office are highly preferred.

* Applicable U.S. based work experience.
