At Jones Edmunds, we help communities thrive through innovative engineering and consulting solutions. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a passion for Water Resources Engineering to join our watershed and stormwater modeling team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in stormwater hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality, with experience using Esri ArcGIS and stormwater modeling software.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects of varying scope and complexity in accordance with the Jones Edmunds Project Management Manual.

* Develop scopes, schedules, and fees for projects and additional services.

* Develop project plans and manage project performance, including scope, schedule, and budget.

* Negotiate fees and prepare contracts, including additional services.

* Select and oversee project teams, including engineers, scientists, technical staff, and subconsultants.

* Maintain accurate project plans, including labor projections, financial goals, and quality program planning.

* Communicate regularly with project teams and track progress relative to scope and deliverables.

* Conduct project meetings and present technical information to clients.

* Communicate with clients regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.

* Establish and maintain relationships with clients and support business development efforts.

* Develop client proposals and support marketing activities.

* Ensure project documents are consistent with scope, schedule, and budget.

* Analyze data, identify problems, and implement appropriate solutions.

* Provide quality assurance and quality control in accordance with the Jones Edmunds Quality Program.

* Coordinate and manage quality control activities and documentation.

Experience & Qualifications

* Education:

BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field

* Experience:

Minimum 8+ years of progressive consulting or related experience as a Project Manager.

* Licensure:
May require registration as a Florida Professional Engineer, Geologist, or Architect

* Other:
Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
