As a Wafer Photolithography Manufacturing engineer for the Western Digital SVWO you will lead monitoring and improvement activities to drive yields to mature product levels. This includes introduction of new technologies as well as sustainment of existing high volume processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Developing and implementing lithography solutions to facilitate new designs
* Increase process margin
* Improve yields
* Own photolithography coat, expose, and develop processes related to wafer manufacturing.
* Develop control strategies (SPC, APC, etc.) for improving and sustaining manufacturing processes. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver leading edge technology solutions for product, yield, and cycle time optimization.

REQUIRED:
* Master minimum +0-4 years exp. or PhD. degree + 0-3 years exp. in physical science or engineering preferred
* Semiconductor/data storage wafer process experience is a plus
* ASML scanner, NSR, Canon, DNSC & TEL tracks hands on experience.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.

* If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws. You may also be eligible for shift differential pay, depending on the shift to which you are assigned.
