The OpportunityIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design, etc.
- Be hands-on in permitting processes.
- Interact with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients.

- Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion based on project needs and requirements set by project managers and client needs.
- Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants.
- Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentations to clients.
- Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and the project team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Thorough understanding of civil site development (Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design).
- Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program in the home country or country of practice, or equivalent engineering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
- Must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements as applicable (e.g., background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records) in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.

Work Environment/Physical Demands- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
- Typical office/home office environment. Physical demands include sitting, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, driving, seeing, writing, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- May require travel to local and regional client sites.
