In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design, etc.
• Be involved hands-on in the permitting process
• Have significant interaction with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients

• Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements set by project managers based on client needs
• Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
• Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentations to clients
• Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines and the project team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
• Thorough understanding of civil site development (Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design)
• Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience in engineering
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background checks, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws
• Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries
