Position: Job Captain/Project Architect
Job Description:

We are seeking a Job Captain or Project Architect with 3-6 years of experience to support a variety of project types, including community, religious, K-12, multifamily, office, and other work. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help.

This role requires a creative problem solver who can take a task and run with it-completing assigned work, thinking critically, and making thoughtful recommendations. We value candidates who are proactive rather than passive, and who are comfortable taking responsibility for their work.

Work Environment:
This firm is based in Greenwood Village, CO and offers a hybrid work schedule, with remote work on Fridays and an additional 4 hours of flexible time each week.

Responsibilities:

+ Demonstrate proficiency in Revit for design coordination and documentation

+ Develop schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction document (CD) sets

+ Support projects through all phases, from concept through completion

+ Create and maintain accurate 3D models to support design and documentation efforts

+ Produce renderings and visual materials to communicate design intent

+ Collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges and support project delivery

Qualifications:

+ 3-6 years of experience supporting commercial and/or multifamily projects

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

+ Strong proficiency in Revit

+ Experience supporting projects through all phases, from concept to completion

+ Ability to produce renderings and visual design materials

+ Strong design sensibility with demonstrated problem‑solving skills

+ Architectural licensure or actively working toward licensure

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
