Sr Electrical Engineer PE (Healthcare Projects) – Hybrid
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year. This role is hybrid, combining on-site and remote work.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. This person will deliver Design/Build and Renovation Projects, ideally for Healthcare, Hospitals, and Medical Facilities, with experience in additional sectors such as Commercial, Education, Government, and Transportation.
Required responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members to ensure total quality of all engineering efforts;
- Coordinating activities of all team members to ensure production meets schedules, while delivering a reasonable profit;
- Managing multiple projects at various stages, including planning, design, production, quality control, and financial responsibilities.
- 10+ years of experience designing and managing Electrical/MEP projects in an engineering consulting or design/build environment;
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects;
- Project experience delivering new construction and/or renovation projects for Healthcare, Hospitals, and Medical Facilities (additional projects in Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation are a plus);
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE);
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software;
- Experience managing moderate to complex projects, including construction costs and life cycle analysis;
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline;
- Demonstrated success in technical and formal communication with clients and staff;
- Ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings;
- Ability to mentor junior level staff;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards;
- Strong technical leadership and management skills.
