A well-established civil construction and development firm in the Reston, Virginia area is seeking an experienced project manager to lead a variety of site development projects, including grading, utilities, and related infrastructure. • Manage site development projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and internal teams.
• Lead project staff and maintain strong client relationships.

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of site development or heavy civil project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
• Ability to work hybrid with 2 in-office days weekly.
