We are currently hiring Structural Project Engineers in our Origination, Processing and Manufacturing sectors, where we provide structural designs for a wide range of industries. Our Structural Engineering team is a trusted and preferred partner to major local, national and international clients.

Under the supervision of an experienced Senior Engineer, this is an opportunity to build on your technical skills, develop as a Professional Engineer, invest in others, and drive project success, delivering value to our clients and propelling our company. There are opportunities to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, develop as a Professional Engineer, and potentially grow into leadership roles.
Your role- Under the direction of a Senior Engineer you will utilize your problem solving ability, established technical skills, and knowledge of engineering fundamentals to develop quality design solutions in a team setting.
- Fill a central role in efficient team production of high-quality design documents including calculations, drawings and specifications.
- Deliver value to design team and clients through expanding technical capabilities, multi-discipline coordination, document review, and assistance with training.
- Undertake increasingly complex design tasks and responsibilities with a commitment to continuous learning, professional development and client service.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teammates, and collaborate on design decisions within your area of experience.
- Perform construction phase site observations and prepare reports to support projects and gain valuable experience.
- Potential 5% travel to construction job sites.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with structural engineering emphasis.
- 5+ years of experience; PE preferred
- MS or engineering considered a plus
$80,000 - $110,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer, including market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
