Quality Engineer II

We are seeking a Quality Engineer II who is energetic, process‑mind, and has strong prior quality experience. This role focuses on maintaining, developing, and operating manufacturing systems; it requires hands‑on problem‑solving and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position is located at the Stevens Point, WI facility and requires an on‑site schedule.

• Responsible for Customer PPAP, certifications, product measurement and testing.
• Facilitate effective corrective actions internally and externally, working with internal personnel, customers, suppliers, etc.
• Investigate and determine root causes for internal and external rejections, implement preventive corrective actions.
• Manage internal audit program and conduct internal audits to support the QMS.
• Effectively develop and lead cross‑functional process improvement teams.
• Initiate internal continuous improvement quality projects, including identifying needs and managing the CI process.
• Support third‑party quality audits.
• Develop quality procedures to maintain control of processes.
• Transfer best practices, techniques, procedures and tools to peers and other process improvement teams.
• Continue to develop core tool knowledge of quality management by obtaining additional training and certifications.

Travel: Up to 10%

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of quality or manufacturing experience

• Experience with ISO and/or IATF certification or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field would be beneficial
• Prior quality engineering or manufacturing engineering experience
• Original equipment experience (Offroad and/or automotive)
• Ability to apply Six Sigma tools and principles such as process capability, Gage RR, Design of Experiments, and DMAIC in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience facilitating 8D analysis and implementing corrective actions internally and externally.
