Job DescriptionOlsson, Inc. seeks an Engineer in Fayetteville, AR whose responsibilities include evaluating, designing, and constructing plans for small to large‑sized building and infrastructure projects. The role involves performing standard engineering techniques and procedures, applying judgment for minor adaptations, conducting process‑design calculations, analyzing reports to prepare cost estimates, and determining project feasibility. Other duties as assigned may be required. Work from home is available within a commuting distance.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, design, and construct plans for building and infrastructure projects.
- Perform standard engineering techniques and procedures with appropriate judgment for adaptations.
- Conduct process‑design calculations and analyze reports to prepare cost estimates.
- Determine feasibility of projects.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Work from home within commuting distance as available.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the required or related occupation.
- Demonstrated ability to research applicable requirements and regulations.
- Advanced mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Micro Station, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Excel.
- Eligibility to be licensed as a Professional Engineer in Arkansas.
