• Scientific Annotation: Translate, annotate, and synthesize complex chemical engineering concepts into clear, structured rubrics and documentation for AI training.
• AI Model Enhancement: Apply advanced chemical engineering expertise to refine AI model reasoning, test performance, and provide targeted feedback on system outputs.
• Content Development: Write and structure detailed chemical engineering explanations, problem sets, and analytical reviews for use by next-generation AI systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and reviewers to improve content accuracy, optimize workflows, and align deliverables with engineering standards.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Expertise in chemical engineering domains (process, design, analytical, materials, thermodynamics, kinetics, or systems).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in teaching, academic writing, research mentoring, or professional documentation is valued.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment and manage deadlines.

• PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• Professional experience applying chemical engineering principles to real-world problems.
• Published research in reputable scientific journals or outlets.
• Prior experience as an AI tutor, technical writer, or educator.
