The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to handle the physical integrity of a diverse asset base over a wide geographic area. The ability to handle both internal/external resources and demonstrate safety as a priority are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
+ Performs day to day integrity activities for pipeline assets including: pipeline integrity management plans, corrosion control and internal inspection programs and pipeline inspection for business-critical assets
+ Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees
+ Leads teams who design, implement and update programs/initiatives that improve asset integrity for the business units
+ Plans and programs regulatory compliance with a variety of regulatory agencies at state and federal levels
+ Performs risk studies, assessments, plans, analysis to assess and handle the physical risk of the assets
+ Supports due diligence, asset integration including performing corrosion control, direct assessment, hydro testing, and threat reviews & evaluations
+ Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of
Experience:
+
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and minimum of eight (8) years of engineering, operations or related experience, minimum of five (5) years in pipeline integrity and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a lead project role(s)
Other Requirements:
+ Valid state driver's license with a good driving record
+ Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
+ Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the upmost priority
+ Preferred: PE Certification
+ Preferred:
Previous experience in OSHA PSM integrity programs
+ Preferred:
Plant integrity/Mechanical Integrity experience
+ Preferred:
Previous experience with off shore pipelines and platform integrity
