What You'll Be Doing

+ Take ownership of Revit model development, including creating and enhancing families that drive project accuracy and efficiency

+ Lead and support BIM coordination efforts, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines

+ Perform and assist with clash detection workflows, identifying and resolving issues early in the design process

+ Maintain and enforce high-quality modeling standards across all project deliverables

+ Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and BIM teams across multiple offices

+ Support the development of construction documents directly from BIM models

+ Serve as a go-to resource for BIM tools, troubleshooting, and best practices

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines

+ Contribute to the ongoing evolution of BIM standards, workflows, and processes

+ Stay ahead of the curve by learning new tools and technologies that enhance team capabilities

What You Bring

+ Experience Level Options:

+ 4+ years of BIM experience (Coordinator level), OR

+ 1-2 years (Technician level with growth potential)

+ Strong proficiency in Revit, especially with family creation and model management

+

Experience with BIM coordination and construction documentation

+ Working knowledge or exposure to clash detection workflows

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining model quality and standards

+ A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and on a team

+ A proactive attitude with a clear interest in long-term BIM career growth

Work Environment

+ Hybrid schedule:

+ 3 days in-office (Monday required)

+ 1 flexible remote weekday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
