- Document and provide marked up submittals to Project Manager showing any modifications, or discrepancies related to inline duct and piping devices
- Collaborate with Project Managers to reduce cost of installation and create an efficient layout/drawing
- Generate full coordination and fabrication drawings—i.e., pounds of metal, accessories, footage, weld inches, feet of pipe, etc.
- Provide accurate estimates for completion of assignments
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A basic level of understanding of his/her trade (mechanical pipe, plumbing or sheet metal) relative to commercial and industrial construction
- The ability to read and understand contract drawings, specs, and submittals
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D design
- Ability to work from jobsite environment on occasion
