We are looking for an Engineer - Order Handling to join our Group at Endress Hauser Flow Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.
What is the role about?This job is for a
B.COM / Diploma Engineer with a diploma in Supply chain management having strong SAP PP module hands on experience. The Ideal Candidate would be having experience with a multinational company with strong communication and analytical skills. Should have a demonstrated ability in Sales Order Management, Supply Chain Analysis and Logistics coordination.
- Create and process sales orders accurately in SAP.
- Issue timely order confirmations to customers.
- Monitor Automatic Order Confirmation (AOC) and ensure compliance.
- Track and verify manual order confirmations.
- Record and communicate any delays proactively.
- Perform corrections on sales orders to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct internal reviews of sales orders for accuracy.
- Coordinate interdepartmental reviews for complex sales orders.
- Focus on improvements where performance is below target.
- Analyse air freight orders to optimize cost and delivery timelines.
- Ensure shipment mode aligns with customer expectations and company standards.
- Generate debit memos for PCW positions to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with SCM and Operations teams to handle material requirements efficiently.
- Monitor safety stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure smooth production flow.
- Education:
B.COM / Diploma Engineer (Any Stream) with Diploma in Supply chain management. (Certificate course – online is acceptable) - Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience. - Travel:
Willingness to travel within India and internationally. - Industry
Experience:
Experience working in an engineering company. - Skills:
Proficiency in SAP PP module, MS applications. - Communication:
Strong command of written and spoken English.
