* Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including proposal support, scope development, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and project closeout.
* Lead client communication, track action items, manage deliverable schedules, and support change management processes throughout the project.
* Participate in and, when appropriate, lead design meetings, site walks, and coordination sessions with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Support business development efforts by leveraging technical expertise and project experience to build and strengthen client relationships.
Essential Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio.
* At least 8 years of relevant site civil engineering experience.
* Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and plan production.
* Proficiency with Hydro
CAD for stormwater and drainage design.
* Demonstrated experience in site civil design, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and site development.
* Ability to manage projects effectively, including scope, schedule, and budget control.
* Strong client communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage expectations.
* Ability and willingness to mentor staff and review work products for quality and accuracy.
* Solid understanding of applicable local, state, and federal standards, including ADA requirements.
* Strong documentation, organizational, and QA/QC skills.

* Hands-on experience with stormwater design and analysis, including detention and retention systems.
* Experience using Civil 3D for grading, corridor modeling, and utility design.
* Experience in hydrology and hydraulics, including storm sewer design and earthwork analysis.
* Experience in site civil engineering roles with responsibility for technical oversight and project delivery.
