* Develop and manage interfaces between and among stellarator systems, identifying and resolving mechanical and spatial conflicts.
* Create accurate and detailed CAD models based on provided specifications, design inputs, and engineering requirements.
* Convert CAD models into complete technical drawings suitable for fabrication, including clear and concise callouts and fabrication specifications.
* Support and help coordinate the fabrication of components by providing accurate drawings, clarifications, and technical input to fabrication teams.
* Collaborate closely with engineers and scientists to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure models reflect current requirements.
* Communicate effectively with technical peers and program stakeholders through verbal updates, presentations, and written documentation.

* Proficiency in translating mechanical design requirements into accurate 3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings.
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and writing abilities, to interact effectively with technical peers and program stakeholders.
Additional
Skills & Qualifications
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or design field, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams, particularly with complex mechanical systems.
* Familiarity with fusion or advanced energy technologies, or other highly complex mechanical systems, is beneficial.
