The Opportunity
As a scientific program scheduler, you will manage integrated master schedules and support projects from concept to completion for Booz Allen’s chemical and biological protection missions. Your role involves tactical planning with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet, and regular interaction with subject‑matter experts, program analysts, and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining organizational programs to accelerate technology transition.
- Reviewing and planning accelerated deliverable timelines with stakeholders.
- Facilitating effective communication to ensure programs meet goals and quality standards.
- 2+ years of experience managing integrated master schedules for scientific or engineering programs
- 2+ years of experience utilizing MS Project
- Experience developing an integrated master schedule
- Knowledge of multiple program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to use program scheduling and management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of biological, chemical, or engineering science concepts
- Top Secret clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management, Scientific, or Engineering related field
- Scheduling certifications such as PMI‑SP

Salary range: $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD).
