• Lead multi‑discipline engineering and technical teams.
• Manage design quality, budget, schedule and scope of EPC and design services projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multi‑ or mega‑projects.
• Conduct research and develop equipment and material recommendations.
• Manage data and perform complex engineering calculations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and quality across multiple disciplines.
• Serve as project charge under Project Manager supervision.
• Identify and communicate key client interests and concerns.
• Coordinate project changes directly with clients.
• Provide technical leadership for overhead transmission line projects.
• Review lower‑level engineering work.
• Responsible for hiring, discipline and pay administration of subordinates.

• Experience managing EPC or design services overhead transmission line projects for investor‑owned utilities in U.S.
• Knowledge of PLS‑CADD, line routing, structural and foundation design and project lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills & client engagement.
• Advanced engineering design principles and applicable design guides.
• Interdisciplinary project coordination knowledge (procurement, permitting, land acquisition, etc.).
• Proposal process knowledge and engineering estimate development.
• P.E. license highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related engineering experience.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment checks (background, drug, motor records).

• Professional registration or licensure in the home office country; may pursue licensure in other countries. Exceptions subject to management approval.

• Hybrid or flexible work options after first 90 days.
• Use of audio/video conferencing tools.
• Extended computer use; standing/sitting.
• Travel to client sites.
