* Job Description:

** We are seeking a Senior Staff or Principal AMS Design Verification Engineer to lead the mixed-mode design verification methodology. You will be responsible for defining the co-simulation EDA environment, the methodology to simulate complex SOCs, and for developing models for co-simulation, contributing to innovative solutions that drive Blue Origin's mission of enabling millions to live and work in space for the benefit of Earth.
** Special Mentions:** - Relocation provided - Travel expected up to 10% of the time - Interviews will include a technical assessment - This role is based on site in San Diego (preferred), CA; the Bay Area, CA; or Renton, WA. A temporary remote work exception is approved while our Bay Area and San Diego sites are being developed.
** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*** Define the co-simulation methodology and EDA infrastructure working with analog and digital teams.
* Create Verilog/System Verilog test benches and behavioral models of analog and mixed-mode circuits.
* Develop methodologies for block- and chip-level mixed-mode verification
* Support analog and digital teams during model bring-up and usage
* Perform AMS simulations

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** MS or PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience of relevant industry experience.
* Hands-on experience in CMOS analog mixed-signal circuit design and verification.
* Verilog / System Verilog modeling of functional behavior of analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
* Proficient using EDA tools and environments such as Cadence Virtuoso for schematic creation and simulation.
* Proficient with scripting / programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.
* Strong communication skills.
* Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
