Leidos has a new opportunity for a Senior Test Engineer in the Intelligence Sector & Analytics Business Area (CABA) based in Columbia, Maryland. The role supports software development services for an organization disseminating data to Intelligence Community customers. It offers a flexible hybrid schedule with up to 50% remote work, one in‑office day (Wednesday) required, plus competitive benefits and a $25K sign‑on bonus.

Leidos is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team.

After a 6‑8 week onboarding period, the position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with up to 50% remote work; one in‑office day (Wednesday) is required.

• Designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes
• Performing User Interface testing against requirements
• Identifying data to be used during testing
• Developing automation tests using Visual Studio (VS Code) and Cypress
• Developing automation tests using Eclipse and Java
• Working in GIT to push/pull automation test scripts
• Experience in testing for accessibility
• Defining test strategies for future capabilities
• Managing project artifacts
• Determining appropriate project methodologies and practices

• Master’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university (Masters required; candidates without a Masters will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis)
• Twelve or more years of directly related technical experience
• Eight or more years of test engineering experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Clearance required:
  
  Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with manual testing and with using automated tools (e.g., Cypress, Visual Studio, Eclipse, Java)
• Experience with regression and integration testing in multiple environments
• Proficient with GIT
• Proficient with Linux
• Proficient with Putty
