Drywall Estimator - Remote

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established nationwide drywall subcontractor to assist in hiring an experienced hybrid Drywall Estimator in Nashville, TN!

This person can be mainly remote but travel to the office in Nashville for bid days 2-3x per month for two days.

• Analyzes drawings and uses applicable software to perform material take-offs for detailed estimates & provides unit cost pricing
• Assists with developing project updates and bid package estimate documents’ comparison
• Tracks and adjusts quantities as needed
• Solicits bids and partners with vendors to build relationships and obtain quotes
• Reviews RFPs, Basis of Design & drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
• Presents information and responds to questions from internal departments

• 3+ years commercial drywall estimating experience
• Mission-critical experience required
  
  Experience with commercial drywall, metal framing, ACT, stucco, EIFS
• Proficiency with OST or EDGE
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure deadlines are met
• Local Nashville market knowledge (preferred)

• Salary $100-140k (wide range based on experience)
