Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager in our Syracuse, NY office. The position includes project management, client relations, client outreach, design and construction oversight for engineering projects conducted in the area. The candidate will work as part of a design team or independently with tasks that include business development, client meetings, presentations, outreach, managing budgets and schedules, preparation of technical reports, construction cost estimating, contract documents and specifications, proposals and RFQ responses.
The role also involves managing staff, mentoring, business development support, and ensuring project profitability.
- Minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects.
- New York P.E. license required.
- Self‑starter with strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
