Department: Civil & Survey
Location: Hartford, CT
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 / year
- Perform detailed site/civil engineering design including site layout, grading & drainage, utility design, stormwater management systems, erosion & sedimentation control plans
- Prepare site plans and construction documents
- Support permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state agencies
- Perform occasional field work and site investigations
- Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2‑4 years of relevant civil/site engineering experience
- EIT registration required; PE strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience with Storm
CAD and Hydro
CAD preferred - Familiarity with local and state permitting requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a team environment
This is a hybrid role, offering both in‑office collaboration and the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
