The role involves overseeing project execution, guiding technical standards, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in power systems, knowledge of distributed energy technologies, and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid work based out of Ridgewood, NJ, NYC, Santa Monica, or Oakland, CA.
