• Assist Project Managers with construction design changes, progress, and updates.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or similar field) or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.

• Experience in the electrical construction industry is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of job cost tracking.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules.
• Thorough knowledge of document controls.

• Track construction contract design changes and updates.
• Track job costs and overall construction project progress.
• Read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules.
• Coordinate design changes within construction teams.
• Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order logs.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule.
• Assist with development and maintenance of submittals log and RFI logs.
• Prepare project submittals and submit written RFIs to client.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

This position will be on‑site near Reform, MO and is not a hybrid or remote position.
