Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer for a marine stabilization equipment distributor, where your bilingual skills in Japanese and English will be essential. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment. Side jobs are permitted.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of marine stabilization equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Provide customer support and technical assistance in both Japanese and English.
• Assist with installation and commissioning.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Conduct and support technical training.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.

• Part-time with flexible hours.
• Fully remote work is possible.
• Primarily handle tasks via email from home.
• Nationwide travel across the U.S. for customer visits as needed.
• Side jobs are allowed.

• Based in the U.S. (mainly coastal regions).
• Company office is newly established, so primarily remote work is expected.

• Hourly rate: $50.
• Potential for full-time employment with visa support.
• Side jobs permitted.

• Two days off per week.

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge in mechanical engineering is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing, especially in small marine engine companies, is highly desirable.
