The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead in the department, supervising staff's daily responsibilities and mentoring in technical and career development. Responsibilities include managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and interfacing with clients to ensure technical excellence and project success. TLC provides training at all levels.

• Degree in relevant field
• PE license
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment
• Proven success in project management
• Expertise in electrical engineering and related fields
