Position: Jr. Mechanical CAD Designer (PST - Oregon Time)

We’re looking for someone who can support the development of accurate mechanical drawings and design documentation in a collaborative engineering environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare, update, and revise mechanical drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Interpret engineering markups, specifications, and project requirements to produce accurate deliverables.
  • Create and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and P&IDs.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to maintain drawing consistency and project quality.
  • Organize files, revisions, and documentation in accordance with project standards and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • Advanced English (a must!).
  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Drafting, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mechanical drafting or CAD design.
  • Experience creating and interpreting mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Advanced expertise in AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, layouts, and design documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
Bonus Skills
  • Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solid Works, or AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • Experience working on industrial or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Familiarity with BIM environments and coordinated design workflows.
