We are currently searching for a talented Highway Engineer V to join and grow with our Highway Design team in our Indiana office! This will be a Hybrid position so you can work from home or come into the office.

SEH's Highway Design Team keeps their eyes and minds on the road – their solutions impact how we travel across our highways and roadways. You will be part of an award-winning team which designs innovative solutions for traffic and corridor enhancements, and bridge and interchange designs using the latest technology. • Join an exceptional team dedicated to growing our Highway Engineering practice throughout the state of Indiana
• Manage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and construction
• Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationships
• Provide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designers

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of IN
• Strong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
• INDOT experience

• A minimum of twelve (12) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction
• A minimum of five (5) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
• Knowledgeable of Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
• Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin or surrounding areas
