Planner​/Scheduler

Salary Range

• 91, annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.)

In this role, you will work with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations. You will apply established unit job hour and pricing data, perform schedule integrations, prepare work logic, identify restraints and potential impacts, develop recovery plans, and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time.

• Prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations
• Establish and maintain the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty
• Perform schedule development duties including establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing proper workflow logic ties, and developing the required job expenditure
• Perform schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties
• Assist with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics
• Perform schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities
• Monitor and validate subcontractor schedules
• Assist with schedule recovery plans

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office
• Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel
• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Advanced proficiency with Project Controls operating systems, including Primavera 6 and Microsoft Office Applications
• Intermediate level knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes as performed by Bechtel
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries:
  Data Centers, Semiconductors
