In October 2025, JB&B joined Trinity Consultants to operate within Trinity’s Built Environment division, expanding our capabilities in acoustic design, facility operations, commissioning, and technology strategy.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate to join our Electrical department in our Boston office. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of projects from concept through completion while contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

• Lead conceptual design efforts, including system criteria, equipment room sizing, and building stack development.
• Guide project teams through construction documentation and project completion.
• Manage review of shop drawings, RFIs, contractor change orders, and conduct site visits and punch lists.
• Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring efficient resource use and timely task completion.
• Prepare proposals and additional services; coordinate reviews and approvals with Partners.
• Coach and mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and support professional development goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 10–14 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Proficient in design calculations and software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of trade‑specific scopes, codes, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Knowledge of documentation requirements for all project phases (SD, DD, CD, specifications).

$160,000 – $184,000 base salary per year.
