Stantec is seeking Facility Assessors/Inspectors to join their team in Annapolis, MD, for a large-scale Facility Condition Assessment program. Candidates will assess mechanical and electrical systems, and structural components.
The role requires experience in building systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to travel frequently. Candidates will receive training on the specific software used. A degree in architecture or engineering is preferred along with 5 years of relevant experience.
