Project Manager EU South

Your mission:

• Take full ownership of monitoring, SCADA and feed‑in management projects for PV, BESS and hybrid power plants across the EU South region.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Design and validate system architectures, ensuring technical feasibility and grid code compliance.
• Act as the key interface between customers, sales, engineering and external partners.
• Lead commissioning activities, perform basic configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and represent meteocontrol at customer meetings and industry events.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management within renewable energy, PV, BESS or industrial automation.
• Solid understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring solutions and power plant communication architectures.
• Structured and independent working style with strong ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mentality.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven and commercially aware.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the EU South region.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); additional Southern European language(s) are a plus.
