Civil Engineer

The role is hybrid, bringing the best of both worlds. We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing Site/Civil team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical design experience who enjoys collaboration and contributing to land‑development and infrastructure projects.

• Perform detailed site/civil engineering design including site layout, grading & drainage, utility design, stormwater management systems, erosion & sedimentation control plans
• Prepare site plans and construction documents
• Support permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state agencies
• Perform occasional field work and site investigations
• Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and technical documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant civil/site engineering experience
• EIT registration required; PE strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience with StormCAD and HydroCAD preferred
• Familiarity with local and state permitting requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a team environment
