We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing building systems team and play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of complex mechanical systems for a diverse portfolio of projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead high‑impact work across commercial, industrial, education, and municipal facilities while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and designers.

• Plan, design, and deliver mechanical systems for diverse projects.
• Lead high‑impact work across commercial, industrial, education, and municipal facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and designers.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Manage projects from concept through construction.
• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Seasoned mechanical engineer with strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Passion for mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through construction.
• Experience in diverse project types and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication and client engagement skills.

This position may sit fully remote with travel as needed to job sites within the Northeast.
