Job Overview
Global Product Manager, Low Voltage Dry Type Transformers (Electrification Smart Buildings Division). The position is located in United States, South Dakota with optional hybrid or fully remote work for candidates near a major metro area. Annual salary range: $119,000 – $190,400, with eligibility for a short‑term incentive plan/annual bonus.
ReportingReports to Business Manager – Operations and Portfolio.
Responsibilities- Drive product strategy by leading market intelligence, identifying portfolio gaps, and defining global roadmaps for Low Voltage Dry Type Transformers.
- Translate customer insights into product and portfolio direction through direct engagement with customers, partners, and regional teams.
- Lead cross‑functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to prioritize development, manage the offer lifecycle, and deliver profitable market outcomes.
- Shape global go‑to‑market strategies including value propositions, pricing, positioning, channel enablement, and alignment with regional market needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred); MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of product‑management experience.
- Experience in low‑voltage electrical gear and transformer products and markets.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Availability to travel 25% domestically and internationally as needed.
- Experience working in SAP and Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
