  • Serve as the receiving AM environmental SME ensuring a clear handoff from our EPCM team, the EPC contractor, and our development‑stage environmental SME.
  • Review plans for management of environmental obligations for construction close‑out and operations. Plans include, but are not limited to, stormwater management plans, spill pollution prevention plans, construction oversight plans for compliance with respect to wetland, biological, and archaeological cultural resource setbacks, species avoidance areas, and vegetation removal timing restrictions.
  • Advise in development and implementation of programmatic procedures and best practices to ensure continuous compliance with existing and evolving national and local environmental regulations.
  • Establish protocol and cadence for site‑specific SWPPP inspections and quarterly permit audits. Manage environmental compliance site inspection workflow.
  • Assist in development of protocols to manage ongoing obligation compliance, reporting, and registration renewal requirements during asset management. Advise on issues as needed.
  • Review technical reports, drawings, and applications. Oversee external consultants preparing technical deliverables and engage with other SME groups, such as engineering, to support technical reviews of consultant‑prepared materials.
  • Prepare and submit registrations/NOIs/NOTs as needed.
  • Advise asset managers and field technicians on environmental resource concerns and permitting requirements as requested.
