Role Overview
Electronics Sustainability Lead – Work within Jacobs Electronics Group to optimize building performance across semiconductor and datacenter projects, focusing on LEED certifications and client ESG goals.
Responsibilities- Manage project scope and delegate tasks to achieve sustainability goals.
- Organize and participate in meetings with designers, contractors, and owners.
- Assist with business development, proposals, contracts, and new project setup.
- Perform and/or manage advanced technical analysis, including life‑cycle assessments, day lighting analysis, and energy modeling.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building-related design and construction projects.
- Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Sustainability, or similar.
- Progressive experience in an Architecture, Engineering, or Sustainability Consulting organization.
- LEED AP with BD+C specialty; credential must be active.
- Experience as the LEED Project Administrator on projects that achieved certification under LEEDv
4. - Detailed knowledge of sustainability and integrated design processes.
- Knowledge of occupant wellness, energy efficiency, day lighting, indoor air quality, materials assessment, stormwater management, etc.
- Strong organizational, communication, creative problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
- Experience writing project reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Studio and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to schedule occasional meetings outside core hours for international projects.
- Enthusiastic, accountable, goal‑oriented attitude.
- Experience in embodied carbon design optimization and life‑cycle assessments.
- Experience in datacenter, semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Desire to travel for design work groups or construction site visits.
- Desire to attend or submit speaking proposals for industry conferences.
- Travel: 10% or less.

The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $, based on location and experience.
