Operations Manager, Systems Engineer, Data Science Manager
For our client, we are seeking a GPU IP Engineering Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Location:
Santa Clara, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,320 – $311,040 annually
Responsibilities- Support the GM and staff to assess IP development and execution risks
- Facilitate prioritization and gap identification with engineering leaders
- Manage staff operations and meetings for effective coordination
- Develop technical collateral for internal and external communication
- Drive cross-team projects to enhance execution and integration across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 10+ years of business experience, particularly in the technology sector
- Experience managing an engineering organization
- Project/program management background working in cross-functional teams
- Master's degree preferred; additional 5+ years in technology product and IP roles
