• Perform routine survey work, utilizing conventional and state-of-the-art surveying instruments.
• Interpret legal descriptions of real property and survey calculations.
• Prepare maps and documents for various land-related processes, including rights-of-way and government permits.
• Research and compile evidence for boundary determinations.
• Assist in processing and correcting rights-of-way and land matters.

• Two years of Civil Engineering or Survey Technology training or equivalent experience in surveying and title work.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Physical ability to conduct field survey work.

• Land Surveyor In Training certificate (LSIT).
• Prior professional experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
